They aren't far off. Current D-II to D-III cutoff is 194. Alexander is at 199 (includes 8 for competitive balance)

When Alex was D3, they didn't exactly own the region. South Webster & Wheelersburg have always competed with them. This year was a different story as the Jeeps are way down and will have a couple of rebuilding years. Don't get me wrong... Alexander is an unbelievable team! I wish them well in the state semi-final! Burg too!

Right and usually the region consists of a traditionally strong Worthington Christian. We don’t typically deal well with them. Our regional championships have came against public schools.

I wish them both well against other public schools in the Final Four!!

I’m not there, but they have been great in recent years. They won D2 last season as well and have won 6 straight district titles out of the Dayton area. Real tough matchup.
