Minford has more at stake in this game as a win for them and a loss for Waverly vs Northwest would put them in at tie for the SOCII. Whbg is out even with a win, I think they fall 1 point short of Waverly.

If Waverly would have tied at NW then Burg would have shared the SOC by beating Minford tonight and Eastern in their last game. BUT Waverly won and has sole possession of the league title.

don't know all but minford scored the winning goal with the dreaded OG. Both teams fought hard and well played. minford front line very quick to the ball.

No, talent pool is same as usual, elite, but other schools such as waverly in football and vogelsong in baseball are better in certain aspects of the game this year, ultimately handing Burg two conference championship losses.
