The SSU men's soccer program will be having their high school shootout on Saturday July, 17th. If any high school coaches are interested email coach Goodson at [email protected]. The cost per team to enter is $100.

3:45pm Minford vs Gallia
4:30pm Peebles vs Madison Plains

40 minute games. $3 admission fee for fans (good for all day)

Thru the first five games, the results were:

Peebles and Glenwood tied o-o
Valley over St.Joe
Greenup Co. and Glenwood tied 0-0
Valley over Gallia Academy
Glenwood over Gallia Academy B 2-0

Valley looked the best of the teams that I saw.

Madison Plains and North Adams had dropped out. Valley and Greenup Co. filled their spots.

Starting where ACM left off I believe went
Minford over valley
St Joe over Gallia (mix of A/B)
Minford over peebles
St joe over Greenup
Gallia over Minford
Greenup over peebles

I think that’s how it finished up.
Biggest surprise was St Joe. They lost a lot and played very well with an inexperienced team.

Peebles beat Greenup 2-1
Also agree that Valley looked to be the best team there.

Valley looked good, Gallia looked good, and Minford looked good.i wouldn't say 1 looked better than everyone else
