I believe he was an assistant coach for the boys last year and also worked with the ZT Jr. High program.

Seems like Phil has been around for a while and I know he coached under Blumberg as well. He should do a very good job. They may have a rough year this season(but still should be very good, IMO) but they will be very good again in the next couple of years following. I believe they only will have 1 or 2 seniors this season, but played a good number of sophomores last year as well.
