Regardless, they were garbage time goals.

I am not understanding your terminology of garbage goals. If they scored 3 in the last 10 minutes of the game that would have meant West was only down 2-1. I understand there might have been injuries but those younger players must have held up to that point. Sounds like West played great for 70 minutes.

I considered it garbage time because 3 or 4 West players were hurt in the second half and it was clear that Burg had all the momentum. Why does it even matter? I was just trying to say that it was a close game and the 4 goal difference didn't do justice to the game.

Garbage goals in a 2-1 game. Come on man! 1994 district semi against burg, we were up 2-0 with 8 mins left. We lost 3-2 in regulation. No such thing as garbage goals in a 2-1 or 3-1 game.
