The Chillicothe Zane Trace Pioneers 10-4-1 advance to the District Finals on Saturday, October 31 at 4:00 at Chillicothe High School vs. The Chillicothe Unioto Shermans 14-2-1.

Jaruwannakorn and Hutton score in the 1st 10 of the 2nd of half for ZT
Bates for Unioto scores about a minute later. Gumm tied it with 2:30 left.
Roll scores off a corner with :43 left to win it for ZT.

Very poor effort from one of the linesmen and the center. The near side linesmen missed multiple handballs in the box(on both teams) and missed many other just out of bounds calls. While the center made no effort at any point and multiple players went down on hard challenges and he never blew the whistle.

The better team on this day won, but both teams gave great efforts and it was an outstanding match to watch. I thought both coaches did a great job, especially once the injuries started to kick in. It was a joy to watch and it was a great atmosphere with 2 big crowds. I believe we will see these 2 again in the finals in at least the next 2 or 3 seasons as well, as both are very young.

Division I

The Marietta Tigers 15-1-2 next play the Upper Arlington Golden Bears 16-1-2 on Wednesday, November 4 at 7:00 at a site to be announced in the Regional Semi Final.

Division II

The Chillicothe Zane Trace Pioneers 11-4-1 take on the Middletown Bishop Fenwick Falcons 11-3-5 on Wednesday, November 4th at 7:00 on the campus of Cedarville University in the Regional Semi Final.

Good luck to the Marietta boys and Marietta girls soccer teams from Logan!!! You have a great program and great talent on both teams!! If either game is played here in Logan, I will be there to root you on to victory! Hope you represent southeastern Ohio well and go all the way to Crew stadium!
