Burg at South Webster/game time?

Home field advantage will definitely play a role. Burg will have to make sure that they are fit to play on the big field that South Webster has to offer. I'm sure that this will be as physical as the last meeting between the team. Look for a great match-up. I look for this to go down to the wire. I expect there will either be a late goal in regulation to be the clincher or a "golden Goal". This close to tourneys there is no need for sloppy play to cause a reckless injury. Hopefully it will be the game that everyone expects with a hard fought game between two of the premium soccer schools of southern Ohio. This is a good game that will get Burg on track for the tourneys. These games are what both teams need to know what to expect in the upcoming games. This is an exceptional idea for the Burg team since they have been played a bit on the bad side and need a good game to see how tough competition can be when tourneys come around. I think this one will be a matter of what Wheelersburg team shows up to play. The last time they played South Webster they played very well and took the game for granted. I've also seen games where they have played absolutely horrible. Either way I think Burg will pull off a "W", but I'd like to see some good quality soccer from them again.

Very exciting game tonight!!! All the senors had a good showing. Wheelersburg played very hard, I didn't see more than three or four really dirty things by either team.

Both teams played hard tonight, things did get a little physical but that's the game of soccer. Seth Goddard owned the scoring column with two nice finishes tonight. Both assists came from Derek Rowe. The Jeep defense also played very solid. Great game by both teams!

Things didn't get too out of control tonight, refs did a good job at catching most of the fouls. correction, one of the refs did a good job of catching most of the fouls. now onto the important things... I was outside of the fence line up on the hill. From where i was standing it looked like a navy shirt.

well i was working the concession stand tonight and i didn't see redcard/swankerpint/keegan/softyellercard walk in.i did see him on the fence tho. I think it was a black shirt not navy. I couldn't be wrong thoug.
