Chillicothe at Marietta 9/16

Should be another good Chillicothe / Marietta clash.
In 2007 these squads tied 2-2 and Marietta went on to win the SEOAL. Last year Chillicothe won the regular season match-up 3-0 and went on to win the SEOAL. Marietta then avenged the regular season loss with a 2-1 upset of Chillicothe in the districts.
This is an important SEOAL game for both teams.
Marietta's loss to Logan coupled with their previous tie at Jackson put Warren back in the hunt in the East Division. Marietta still must play Warren a second time.
Although Chillicothe has a 1 1/2 game lead on Logan in the West Division, a loss at Marietta would tighten things up with a Chillicothe trip to Logan still down the road.
A Chillicothe victory would make it very tough for Logan to catch Chillicothe in the standings with only 3 league games remaining. (Chilly is at Gallia and Logan; Home v Jackson)
Jackson is also still in the hunt for the league title.
Marietta is coming off two straight losses in which they failed to score a goal. Chillicothe has not been allowing many goals. (8 goals in 8 games)
There's a real possibility that these two teams may meet again in a few weeks in the SEOAL Championship game. That one would be at Chillicothe.
I would expect another tight game between these two foes Tuesday night.
Any thoughts?
