2010 SEOAL- New girls teams?

I've heard rumors that Amanda Clearcreek might possibly come into the league. Anyone have any feedback on that? I was hoping Gallia would eventually field a Girls team, but no dice. Anyone have any thoughts as to maybe some new teams?
