Alex beat Eastern Pike convincing 3-0 in their tourny opener.
Minford barely squeezed by Adena with a 4-3 shootout win. (Spartans beat Adena 7-0 earlier this season).
I take my Spartans to pay back Minford by a goal.

I was shocked by the Minford/Adena score, not by the winner, just the score. After watching Eastern play earlier, I would have expected Alexander to win by a few more than three. Am I correct that the winner will face South Webster or does South Webster have to win a game to advance to play this winner?

South Webster has to play Valley and then the two winners will play. South Webster/Valley vs Minford/Alexander

I watched Eastern play their last game against Clay and get their only win and thought they were a muched improved team from the first of the year, so the 3 - 0 score isn't that unexpected. The Minford / Adena game was a shocker. Clay beat them 2 - 1 in preseason scrimmage.

this will be an exciting game to watch. i think the falcons will have the edge.
