New Boston is hosting a Super Scrimmage on August 10th and 11th. We are looking to have 8 teams down here that would play two games vs two schools. We have hosted this event for the last four years. It has been a great success. As of now we have 5 teams committed to play, looking for three more. If you are interested in bringing a team down please contact Coach Jon Estep at [email protected]

Why two days? One full day was good times.

Here is the schedule for next week. Had to make some late adjustments due to some late additions.
Some teams could only make it down on Friday, plus we have a full day on Saturday because of the amount of teams.

Saturday August 11th, 2012

9:00am Northwest vs. Clay
10:00am Northwest vs Zane Trace
11:00am Clay vs. Wheelersburg
12:00pm Zane Trace vs South Webster
1:00pm Wheelersburg vs South Webster or New Boston
2:00pm Minford (Girls) vs. West (Girls)
3:00pm West vs New Boston

Nice group of teams. Will stil miss NB playing last under the lights.

Can't wait to see South Webster play this year. They had a good showing at Albany earlier. When will Levi Cook be joining the team? I've heard he will be back playing soccer this year that should really make the team pretty solid.

surprised Minford isn't playing in this, in fact i haven't heard anything about their scrimmages thus far, anyone know anything about them?

Anyone have results? Who looked good? Any players stand out?

Minford and West girls were getting ready to play as I left.
West and New Boston were to play the last game.

As you can see, most of the games were close. I really don't think anyone stood out on any of the teams. There is a lot of work to do for all of the teams................Good Luck to all!

Any word on whether or not Clay will have a team this year?

Wow any word on Clay or Eastern??? Heard the same thing about both squads??? I though Webster scored two goals against Zane Trace. I could be mistaken.

I heard rumor that Burg may be moving to SOCI. Possible they both may be without soccer this year.
