Entry Fee $40 per team


Drawing: All brackets and Game times will be emailed out and posted on www.mvlforum.com by Thursday October 18th at 12 pm.


6 Divisions: 1st-2nd Girls, 1st-2nd Boys, 3rd-4th Girls, 3rd-4th Boys, 5th-6th Boys, 5th-6th Girls


Teams: 12 teams maximum for any division (72 teams total)
14 Players maximum on Roster


Format DOUBLE-ELIMINATION bracket (Every team guaranteed 2 games)


Rules:
1. 7 players on the field; maximum of 14 players on roster
2. Offsides called
3. No slide tackles
4. 7 minute quarters; 2 minutes between quarters; 5 minute halftime
5. Substitutions only at start of quarter unless due to injury.
6. All penalties are direct kicks or penalty kicks (no indirect kicks).
7. No overtime. Ties are broken using 3 player shootouts.
8. Roster must be turned in before first game and cannot be altered after being turned in.
9. All other rules are the same as the National Federation Rules


AWARDS 1st & 2nd Place Team Trophies and individual medals in each division

Admission: $2 per vehicle. FREE WITH 50/50 TICKET PURCHASE!!!


50/50 Drawing: Tickets will be 1 for $1, 3 for $2, 15 for $5.


Concessions Available all day.


Shirts: Tournament shirts and hoodies will be available.

PROCEDURES
• We WILL play in the rain.
• Double elimination
RULES
• Game Start Rules:
o Winner of coin flip will choose side to defend or to kick first.

• SHOOTOUT RULES:
o All ties will be broken using a 3 player shootout.
o Team who scored first will have option of going 1st or 2nd in shootout.
• If no score, coin flip will determine shootout order.
o 1st team shoots all three shots followed by second team shooting all 3 shots.
o Goalie in shootout CAN be one of your shooters.
o 4th Quarter goalie can be changed for shootout.
o Same goalie must be used for all 3 shooters unless an injury occurs.
o If tied after first shootout, order of shootout is reversed for 2nd shootout and all subsequent shootouts.
o Must use 3 different shooters in each subsequent shootout until all players have shot then you start the process again.
o Goalie can be changed for 2nd shootout and all subsequent shootouts.
o If a player runs up to the ball and attempts the kick and misses the ball, it counts as a shot.
o All shootouts will take place on goals facing away from other fields.
• SUBSTITUTION RULES:
o Every player must play at least 1 quarter per game
o Players may play same position for the whole game.
o Players may play the whole game.
• GAME RULES:
o All penalties inside the penalty box will result in a penalty kick.
o All penalties outside the penalty box will result in a direct kick from the spot of the foul.
o Offsides called.

2 teams = $70 (save $10)
3 teams = $100 (save $20)
4 teams = $135 (save $25)
5 teams = $170 (save $30)
6 teams = $200 (save $40)
