South Webster travels to Lucasville Valley Tuesday evening to open SOC II play. The Jeeps have dominated for a decade and the word on the street is that Valley is the team to beat this year...Can the Jeeps make a statement Tuesday night and let everyone know that the SOC championship still goes through Webster or will Valley announce that there is a new champ in town???

Gonna be quite a game in lucasville this week lets call it the battle in the valley!!!

I look for the jeeps to win 1-0 in a complete snoozer. Mark my words, Dever Fuller will net his 1st goal of the year

Valley should be the early favorite for the SOCI. Glad to see the season moving in full swing. Other games Tuesday include:

New Boston @ Ironton St. Joseph
Circleville @ Waverly

With Winters in the drivers seat the Indians should beat the Jeeps & win the small SOC no problem.

Nice post. But I hate to burst your bubble when I say that the only crowns these two teams will be wearing are the ones from Burger King if they happen to hit it up after a game this year. The true contender in the soc 1 this year is far and away the Glenwood Fighting Tigers. No matter how many soc's SW has won they still have to make it out of Tiger Stadium with a hard fought win before they're contenders... Not just pretenders. Good luck to both teams as they kick off league play.

My bad, I thought he was a junior last year. In that case, the SOC is a toss up.

Storms on the horizon. I will try to keep everyone posted on delays or cancellations. As of right now, kickoff is still set for 6pm.

I typically don't like to agree with someone from "Cream of Wheatville" but Donkey Pouch has a close prediction. I think the Jeeps will get one more and win it 3-2.

Valley is second best but not saying much this year. Kinda like being second in a two man race. The winner does not really have to be good just better than the other guy.
