South Webster vs. Southeastern 8-24-13
The Jeeps host SE for their 1st home game of the season. I don't know much about SE but I do know they have a couple players in the middle of the field that are very skilled. I look for the Jeeps to bring home the win today if they can find the net early. Good luck to both teams!

I don't know about any verbal abuse out there...I heard it was a hard fought game with webster scoring goals with well setup attacks and taking advantage of long throws. I also heard that SE came riding a high wave with 2 straight victories and maybe game into the game thinking this one was going to be a breeze. Other post sounds like some excuses to make up for poor play...We will see how both teams turn out this year. Looks like both are young with maybe a few good players on the field.
Re: South Webster vs. Southeastern 8-24-13
No excuses were used, Southeastern was always the underdog, and was happy to play a team with a history like SW. SE did well for a team with little experience. SW had 2 nice goals that came from a good attacks, 2 off of goalie mishandling the ball, and an own goal. Both team played hard and SE was introduced to a more physical game and a team with more depth on the bench.
Hopefully SE learns how to play a more physical and gains the knowledge needed to play teams like Unioto, Zane Trace, Valley, Waverly, Minford, and SW.

Didn't hear anything from the players on the field but I did find the southeastern coach very unprofessional and disrespectful. Yelling at his players and making fun of them for not knowing the rules of the game. 2nd year program coach... cut them some slack. Those kids played with heart. I know things get said but I shouldn't hear them from the opposite side of the field from the fence line.

Yeah we know the SE coach up in tiger town. Sounds about right.

Yes, I heard the SE coach, yell at a player. I believe the player was telling another player to do something different than the coach had asked him to do. Maybe that player needed to be yelled at? The bottom line is SW had more depth, played more physical, and a least got a good game from SE.

Sometimes coaches need to be careful when posting comments on this site. It can be taken the wrong way.
