Men’s soccer announces goalkeeper camp
PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (Men's Soccer) – The Shawnee State men's soccer program has announced its annual one-day goal keeping camp to take place at Shawnee Turf on July 20 for players between 7th and 12th grade.
Campers will complete drills that current and past keepers have done while at SSU. These are the same drills that have produced several All-Mid-South Conference and All-American Mideast Conference honors, as well as many record-breaking performances.
Drills will include angles, distribution, catching, game situations and communication. Campers will need to bring GK gloves, shin guards and a water bottle.
Cost of the camp is $40 per participant. All registration will be done the day of the camp, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Shawnee Turf. The day will last from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
