Scoring goalies

How many goalies this year have scored a goal? Trevor Coriell (Goalie from SW) put one in the back of the net against NB last night. Pretty fun to see goalies who can play the field as well as in the goal.

Our girls goalie (at fu) has scored. Has an assist from goal. She'd been one of our top players in the field, but she's a fantastic goalie.

Our girls goalie (Madee Shipley, North Adams) had an assist. She punted it 10+ yards passed midfield. It took one big bounce. Our forward headed it forward, kept running forward, caught up with the ball and one-touched it passed the GK. It was something to see.

You can add Nathan Bragdon to that list. He scored on a free kick from 25 yards out with 5 seconds left to beat Peebles on Senior Day. You couldn't script it better than that.

The Girls goalie at Athens would be able to score a goal if she was able to come out of the goal. Without having a back up goalie and playing a competitive schedule we are unable to get her out of the goal to score a goal.
