Just wondering how many hours any particular school might put in during this timeframe.

I do know a few schools in the TVC that have 1-1/2 to 2 hours a couple times a week of open gym. Alot of the girls are playing on summer travel teams. I do know that Adena has a very good travel tournament team.. Athens & Nelsonville has a few girls playing in summer tournaments. Volleyball is alot like softball, travel ball is a must to make it at the next level..Girls or boys sports. The biggie now is personal trainers.

1-2 hours ... 3 days a week. 1 day workout ... 1 open gym ... 1 day workout/open gym.
10 coaching days either as part of this or at weekend tournaments.
