Why no soc1 tournament this year

What do you mean? As if this morning there are still 3 SOC 1 teams still playing.

I thought the soc had their own tournament before the state tournament

Nope. Never had, never will.

There will be a SOC 1/SOC 2 Allstar game and awards ceremony but that is it.
