CLUB VOLLEYBALL
CLUB VOLLEYBALL
How hard is it to start your own club? Would like to see a club for the Lawrence and Gallia county kids.

It's really not that difficult. Go to the OVR website and you'll find an information packet on starting your own club team. You will need a club director and they will have to get certified through a class. Anyone working within the club has to get a background check through the OVR and be at least IMPACT certified.

Re: CLUB VOLLEYBALL
It is not hard at all, I am currently in the process of organizing a program myself. I will be posting tryout news for the Southern Ohio Court Queens in the near future. I wanted to be able to offer the girls in the Vinton and Jackson County areas a more feasible alternative to participating in club ball. The Matchpoint SEO out of Athens, and Aleta Aces at Alexander are good programs, but the drive and cost is a lot for many families here. If I can be of any help to you in preparing for your new program, please let me know. We are also planning on hosting a tournament.
