The District Senior All-Star game is Sunday, Nov. 14 at University of Rio Grande. The girls need to be there at 11:00am for practice. Games start at 1:00pm and they need to wear their HS team jerseys. Awards will follow the games.

Well all the area teams are out of the tournament, and the team that came closest to making state this year was Beaver Eastern by a hair. Them and Adena both lost in 5 sets in the Regional Finals, but Eastern had closer scores. Adena fell to Tuscarawas Valley 25-23, 19-25, 25-20, 23-25, 15-9. Eastern lost to Tuscarawas Central Catholic in 5 by scores of 23-25, 26-24, 25-23, 21-25, 17-15. As you can tell, both teams had the opportunity, but Eastern's was just a little bit closer. Great season for both these teams!
