I am excited to hear that they have hired Tracey Burnette for the Varsity position. I think she will have a great bunch of girls. I just hope the administration let's her coach the team her way. She is a very compitent coach. Great things come to our teams when the head coach can run their own program.
Administraion do the job you were hired for and let your coaches do the job they were hired for.

Sounds like there is some problem with volley in the 'ville. I have heard that the new coach is doing a great job. Heard she even had to make cuts this year.
Bettis
Do you know if Coach Adkins had to cut any seventh and eighth graders yet?

We had to cut 11 from the 7th grade and we had no cuts in the 8th grade. Our 8th grade program is looking pretty good!

I love watching the rebels play volleyball. Alisa Johnson plays a great game. Sadly the stats do not always reflect how well she plays for some reason. Go Alisa, Hailey, Rachael, and Chandra you girls rock.

The girls did a great job defeating Coal Grove last night and are now 6-3. Go coach Burnette and lead the Lady Rebels on to more victories. Next week They play at Fairland on Monday. At Grace Christian Tuesday. At home against Chesapeake on Wednesday. And at Ironton St. Joe on Thursday. To me it looks like they are going to have a great winning week. GO LADY REBELS

I think she does very well for this just being her second year to play. Club helped her over the winter/spring.
