Coal Grove Lady Hornets!

Congratulations to the Coal Grove Lady Hornets! They won the championship at the Septemberfest Volleyball Tournament Saturday at Lawrence County (KY) High School. Also, congratulations to Rikki Butler who was named MVP for the Hornets/All Tournament Team.

Coal Grove is a very fine team that is very well coached. They will do well all season as long as they can stay healthy.

Coal Grove has wonderful coaches that know what they are doing...the girls just need to keep it in their head that they can do it everytime and keep it pulled together to have a wonderful season! They beat FAIRLAND Thursday 3-1 congrats LADY HORNETS, KEEP FOCUSED AND U CAN DO IT!!!

Congrats also to the Lady Hornets. As a Coal Grove alumni I am very proud of the effort and results the Lady Hornets displayed. Keep up the effort and good luck against Fairland/Chesapeake in the sectionals. Good luck also to the coaches. Its great to see such interest and intensity on the sidelines wanting the best for our girls.

I think her name is Chelsea something,...Long or something like that....Can't for the life of me remember her last name but was a really nice player for them.........Could be a nice nucleus for a team..............
