They looked to be potentially pretty good the day I watched them play a couple of 30 min games.

We (south webster) have played South Gallia in the Sectional Finals the last two years-----in the 4 vs 5 match-up. This year they moved us to the West Sectional so if we do play this year in the tourney it will be in the districts at Wellston............ good luck to South Gallia and hopefully we will see you at Wellston this year!

Can't believe they allow districts to be played on Wellston's slick floor.

Wellston has had major issues with their beautiful new facility. In all that they have not taken care of the floor. Seems that the sports authorIties for playoffs would insist on floor maintenance as a condition for continuing to host playoffs. I think it is on the edge of being a safety issue.
Speaking of floors, that old barn in eastern Meigs County has the floor refinished annually and is always in top shape will support the Lady Rebels tomorrow night for the first official matchup of the season with the Eagles. These two teams squared off at the GAHS scrimmage this summer and played very competative VB. This week's match should be a good one. The Eagles come in just off a tournamet victory on Saturday. They better not be tired or complacent for this match.
