I’m not familiar with either school system well enough to know if any staff members would be in line for this position.
That should be the first place they look.
Are there any local club coaches with connections to either program?
Out side of that-
Megan Keep was an assistant at OUC in ‘18 and coached in the Chillicothe program this past season.
All State’r in WV and member of a state champion in her prep days.
Played college at OCU.
