Good luck to Whiteoak and Southern in the district finals. I'm looking forward to next week games at Beavers Field.

Whiteoak going for their first district championship I believe. They hit well, have a couple of very good pitchers and a very experienced coach.....could be their year!

Titus pitched for Eastern.
I listened to this one on the radio. Sounded like both pitchers struggled. I think by the end of the first each pitcher had already thrown 30+ pitches.
I wasn't there but my take from listening to the radio was neither team played well.
Runners picked off the the bases, dropping a ball in a rundown, multiple errors (two on the same play), stumbling in the base path, ball getting past the outfielder, wild pitches...it really didn't sound like a very well played game.
Good luck to Whiteoak but I gotta pull for TVC foe and cross county rival Southern.
