sparks vs. thackston.what a dual.as everyone knows,sparks has been around for several years and is very talented.he has really become an excellent all around pitcher.conversely,thackston is just a sophomore.only 6 hits in whole game and 33 strikeouts between them.sparks gave up only 2 hits with 14 k's.thackston 4 hits with 19 k's.both runs were unearned.good luck to wayne.no question he is playing at next level.

No I was at the game and figured someone wanted to know who won. When you lose more than you win it seems that I report only the losses but if you win I'll report that too! I take it you play....so stop the losses and I won't report them!!!! Look back an on April the 7th I reported your win over the Peake!! I would have reported the win over River Valley but the long drive home and going to eat you beat me to it!!

Squinks, you are out of your mind. SP can't win without the players you mentioned. Rock Hill and Coal Grove have too much talent not to walk away with the OVC.

So who is complaining about players? Where is the support? I report losses and wins in all sports where I am at or read about the game in the paper. I go to many games/meets throughout the year. I have spent many long car rides to cheer on the Pointers even when my kid wasn't even on the team!!!I cheer and also complain some too. So saying I am a fair-weather fan is BULL. If the baseball team wins I'll report it if they have a loss I'll report it as well. I post scores all the time win or lose!!! I do this for football, basketball (boys and girls) softball, baseball and track. Heck I should have been a reporter and gotten paid. So go rag on someone else. GO POINTERS!!!!
