When a team is late?????

I was just curious about the rule when a team shows up late for a game. Do the umpires have the right to start at 5 p.m. no matter what? I know several schools have issues with their bus schedules, and I didn't know if the "right" thing was for umpires to allow kids a solid 25-30 minutes to stretch, throw, and take infield.

Bus issues are not controlled by coaches or players. I think you give them enough time to warm up. Especially a pitcher, no need to hurt someone's arm. Wait an extra 15 minutes and then play. If the bus is late, plus traffic is bad, or construction on the way slows you down, that is out of the coaches/players control. Let them warm up I say.
