Steelhands, now that I know your a parent or non player let us know your real reason. You must be so fixated on my son that you fail to see anything else going on. Why are you so critical of him? Have you ever played? Would you care to reveal yourself? I'm sure if Zimmie had someone else to replace him it would have already happened. Who would you recommend to play where? Share you knowledge with everyone. I could be critical on every kid but I'm better than that. I hope this will motivate my son and the rest of the team. Waiting for your wisdom!

I agree but I'm still not seeing the reason to single out the ss when there are far more reasons other than errors. Where is the offense every game? These kids were starting to gel at the right time but when this past layoff came along I knew they were in trouble. Last night was proof. But to come on here and blame one person is just rediculous and low. I am his biggest critic and guarantee you I see more than you would think of. I guess everyone should take a shot in the infield but there is far more to know than just catching and throwing the ball. I honestly believe these kids have too many distractions and not enough dedication and I am talking about my own also. When they are winning everything is great but when the first error comes it starts to flow because they seem to start pouting and the blame game is at full strength. They need to play with some heart and desire, make an error forget about it and refuse to commit another, really focus and concentrate on the play for the situation at hand. All the throwing errors are just mental mistakes and lack of putting your body in a good throwing position. Same as pitching, we walk too many but some of the umpires we've had I can't really fault the pitchers. There are many reasons for losing a game and truly don't believe a single person is to blame. The errors are only one of the factors to losing.

To me striking out is still no reason to throw a fit, the pitcher won that time! To find a reason to be upset after you hit the ball hard and made an out could be because maybe a runner was on second or third and the hitter needed to put something to the right side to advance the runners but instead he didn't wait to let the ball get deep and ended up hitting it hard but to the left side and the runners couldn't advance. Eitherway the caoches should handle that. I sent you a PM and would like for you to respond.
