Quick and fun stat: West Union is 6-0 against Manchester, Georgetown, and Felicity Franklin, all D4 and have a combined 1-43 record. The 1 win? Georgetown over Franklin.

Interesting stuff at the West draw:

Piketon owns the head to head with Westfall with their 2-1 win in 8 innings and they don't meet again until next Wednesday.
3 of Westfall's 5 losses are to teams ranked in the state coach's poll (#7 D1 Thomas Worthington, #6 D2 Wauseon, #16 D3 Piketon)
Huntington, Paint Valley, and Northwest have taken turns beating up on the SHAC, combining to go 11-3.

IMO:
1- Piketon
2- Westfall
3- Huntington
4- Paint Valley
5- Northwest (swept NA)
6- North Adams
7- Eastern Brown (could jump with a W vs Piketon)
8- Lynchburg
9- Adena
10- West Union
11- Peebles

Eastern is leading the shac division 1 but don't get the top shac pick because of their stregth of schedule. That is exactly why people like West Union plays the schedule they do.

I would hardly say Hunnington beat Eastern up. Eastern won the first game with Vickers pitching for Hunnington.

I would hardly say Eastern won with Vickers pitching. The game went 14. Eastern is a good team.

Maybe didn't handle, but I left out SE and ZT also taking care of the SHAC champs from the SVC.

Eastern could obviously be higher than NA on SOS, but the split regular season will at least give NA an argument. Either way, I think both teams will have to win twice to get to the VA and both teams will be able to throw their aces twice to do so, which will give them a great shot!

Dani,

Could you please put up the schedule/records for Northwest? Could it be similar to West Union's?

Add two more versus DIV Western.

iknow,
did not mean to imply Vickers got the loss. Was trying to make the point that Eastern did not see their 4th or 5th starter for the win. I have a lot of respect for Chad and his program and their whole league.
