Jake Henson was dominant on the mound tonight for the Panthers going 7 innings, 14Ks, and a heartbreaking 1 hit. No Hitter with 2 outs in 7th and a flare to centerfield dropped just short of a diving Casey McComas. Valiant effort by the centerfielder to try and save his buddy's no hit bid. Henson has become Peake's heartbreak kid as he also lost a no hit bid in the final game last year with two outs in the 7th. Keep your head up young man. 1 hit or none, you ruled the diamond tonight and led your team to another OVC victory.

According to Portsmouth Times, GAHs beat Portsmouth 3-1 Tuesday evening. Blue Devils now 8-3 overall and 2-2 in SEOAL play. Trojans dropped to 1-3 in league play.
