I'm no pink Floyd but feel I have a little knowledge when it comes to baseball and teams. Here is my attempt at Ranking the Top Teams in SE Ohio.

1. Minford 15-1
2. Hillsboro 12-3
3. Sheridan 13-4
4. Unioto 12-2
5. Whiteoak 15-2
6. Wheelersburg 11-3
7. Eastern Meigs 11-0
8. Westfall 10-2
9. Marietta 12-4
10. Green 15-1

Divisions in baseball are tough but I did take into account Conference and Non League Opponents with Strength of Schedule. Some very good D4 teams but Conference and strength of schedule not very good.

11. Lynchburg Clay 12-3
12. Fairland 12-3
13. Circleville 9-3
14. Portsmouth Clay 14-2
15. Athens 10-3
16. Zane Trace 9-4
17. Rock Hill 10-4
18. Waverly 11-5
19. McClain 8-4
20. Paint Valley 12-6

I’m not buying Lynchburg, even though they did beat Whoteoak and haven’t lost a SHAC game.

Minford at 1 is correct for sure. I like the list! Keep it up

Don’t sleep on Adena 7-8. I’ve watched them play few games. They’ve bee beating themselves all season. They’ve played tuff schedule early. They have good pitching. They cut errors out. They’ll be hard beat.

Minford has a DH scheduled with them for this Saturday at home. Should be a good warm up before tourney for both teams!

It's just sick the D2 South has Unioto, Marietta, Athens, Waverly, Zane Trace ... and who wants to play Gallia or Vinton with their ace on the hill? I dont know how good Jackson is, but I'm sure nobody wants to play them either just based on history. Good grief, Warren is lurking too. No seed is safe in the South, not even the 1.

Depends on the number of days between sectional games. I havent looked at the bracket layout yet
