Will arnett be available to return to the mound since he's had enough rest? I believe if a pitcher is taken out, but remains in the game at a different position, they can return to the mound. But I believe he reached his pitch count limit and was forced to be taken out. Since he's had enough rest since that game, can he pitch even though it's technically the same game?
