Nor is anyone throwing in the low 90's. I'd be suprised to see anyone in the mid 80's on a REGULAR BASIS. Somebody needs to wake up and get a clue about baseball before they make stupid and ridiculous statements.

90+ mph pitchers are on everyones radar. DI and the Pro's there is no one in SE ohio in that league.
To make statements like that shows the lack of baseball knowledge.

All you guys on here about kids throwing in the nineties need to get a clue!!

In the major leagues the average fastball right now is 87 m.p.h. Look how many Professional pitchers there are and the average is stated at 87 m.p.h.

If there is that many kids in this area throwing in the upper 80's to lower 90's in this area, then why aren't we hearing or seeing more Pro Scouts in our area??

All of you keep dreaming!!!!!

Please, Hall can't throw 60. Smithson hasn't tried to swing a bat in probably 2 years. Western baseball is a joke, no one takes it serious, they might as well do away with it and fill it in with soccer or something like that.

lol...

Your a funny guy, who is this? You know who I am....Zack Kier

The only reason I know its a joke is because I put 100% into every play and I didnt feel my teammates were doing the same, and if they dont admit that...They are not telling the truth...I do wish them luck this year but I dont see them being very successful, just another building year....

You can not be a beast at baseball if you havent touched a ball or bat since the last game of the season last year. They are not beasts. You have no clue.

We are ranked 17th in the nation and it is hard for me to get palying time. Not many freshman do get much playing time on a team that wins the way we have been winning. I will just take every opportunity that I get and make the best of it and just keep getting better...

"Western baseball is a joke"

"I put 100% into every play and I didnt feel my teammates were doing the same"

I see you have the same attitude on baseball as you do basketball. You must have tons of friends...

You aren't reading anything that I post. Well atleast it doesn't seem that way. I never said anyone on the basketball team never tried, they obviously did. I do think that Vince and Bobbie gave 100% but there is another level, 110% and I don't think I seen that and if I would have, they would have been unstoppable. You must not know me to well, so stop trying to post what I feel, because you have no clue what I think, you just have a problem interpretating what I say. If you are not intelligent enough to try to see what I am saying before you post something retarded, dont reply to any of my post.

I would say that every one on the baseball team would admit they didn't try (in my opinion, if you make an error and laugh about, you dont care) they just played to have something to do. If they cared about the game and wanted to win we would have won more than 1 game. Did you even make it to a baseball game, or were you trying to do research so you could dig something up at Western to start a problem within the basketball program, rather it be getting rid of the coach, or getting at someone about starting a biddy ball program...?

I agree Zack.It did seem like most of the people on that team did not care. But there were some that did.I didnt get much playing time but when I did I tried as hard as I could. And even if I did make an error I wasnt happy about it.I didnt have many errors though. And I did care because Ive played all my life.If I didnt care I wouldnt have played so long. But I agree with you. However I dont agree with you saying that Bobby and Vince didnt try their hardest.Im pretty sure they did.
