Big congrats to Fairfield. They were a very good team with two great pitchers and didn't make a mistake on defense.

Tough break for the Clay Panthers. They had a lead late in the game and lost it in the 6th. Clay has some of the top coaches in our area. Coaches Crabtree, Cottle, and Fryman have done a great job with this group. They won more games than most people thought they would. I'm sad to see it end like that but I think they surprised a lot of people with how they performed.
