There are a few that come to mind, but I think all may have a surprise in 2009. In seeing this kid throw a couple of weeks ago, I think Luke Teeters of Waverly may turn out to be the best pitcher in 2009.

Roberson and Teeters are the top 2 and both on the same team.

I stand by my earlier post

Robertson - Waverly
Very good control with all of his pitches. Not over powering but able to utilize his off-speed stuff effectively. Has proven he can go the distance.

Bricker - West
Power pitcher with decent off speed stuff. Not alot of movement on his fastball and seems to tire by 4th or 5th inning.

Elliott - Burg
Like Roberson has very good control. Not overpowering but picks his spots well. Very good command of his offspeed stuff. Also has proven he can go the distance. Could move up in this list depending how the others fair early. Especially since he does not play basketball like Bricker, Robertson (I think) and Osech.

Osech - Minford
Actually, I haven't seen this kid pitch but I'm baseing this strictly on last season results.

Just for clarification, it's Robertson, with a T, not Roberson.
