There was a full house at the board meeting tonight-- many supporters of spring sports. No one spoke up during the audience participation part of the meeting, but they did not need to, I guess. The board voted to fill the assistant baseball and softball coaching positions. This now opens the door for qualified volunteers to become part of both of these programs.

There seems to be some "rocking of the boat" in Gallipolis...........

That's pretty good turnout. Enough for a 15-man varsity and 15-man reserves.

Looks like they had a good junior high turnout the other day.

Hope we have good weather this spring.

Can't wait until we move to Centenary in our new facilities.

Coach Corvin is a man of integrity who works hard because he loves the game and he loves the kids. I am proud to call him my friend

How are the fields after this rain? Any chance to play both the girls softball game and boys baseball game tomorrow night?

Varisty @ Jackson and JV vs. Jackson Monday if the rains don't bring the creek up.

JV's are 1-0 following a 12-2 win over Ironton last week.

Has the Portsmouth completion date (4-4 score after 6) been established?

As far as I know, they are just going to finish it when the Devils go to Portsmouth. They didn't get to Memorial Field until after 5 which was a big reason for the postponement.
