Saw where Fisher lost to Newark Catholic in the District Final tonight 11-2. Did Dearth pitch? How many innings did he throw on Monday? Would have been tough to come back today on just one day of rest.

He came in during the 4th and pitched two innings. He threw 7 on Monday. Yea it is tough to come back on one days rest.

went to Sugar Grove to see Berne and Fisher thinking I would see Dearth from Fisher and Congrove from Berne. Neither pitched in the game. Fisher won the game 10-0. Fisher finished at 20-5 overall and won the Mid State league at 11-3. Berne finished at 18-9.

Read in the paper where Lancaster Legion Post11 opened with a doubleheader sweep of Coshocton Legion. Dearth went the distance in the opener, going 6 innings in an 11-1 win. He struck out 7 and gave up only 2 hits. Lancaster won the second game 8-6.

Read in the paper that Lancaster legion beat Cincy Harrison Yeager post in a double header. Dearth pitched one of the games going 5 innings giving up 4 hits,5ks and 3 walks to run his record to 2-0. Lancaster legion Post 11 is now 7-1 over all.

Read in the paper Lancaster legion opened league play with a 13-9 win over Pickerington Post 283. Dearth started for Post 11 going 5 innings giving up 4 hits, 1 walk and 1 strikeout and 1 unearned run. Lancaster was leading 9-1 when he was relieved. Pickerington came all the way back against the bullpen to tie the game in the 8th inning at 9. Lancaster scored 4 runs to ice it in the 9th. League district games are 9 innings.

Dearth ran his record to 3-0 on the season as he pitched 6 innings against the Licking County Athletics on Sunday. He scattered 8 hits struck out 4 and walked 1 as Lancaster Post 11 won 12-5 and 8-2 in the double header. Post 11 defeated the Columbus braves 5-1 on Monday to run their record to 12-4.

Read where Dearth picked up the save against Steubenville Legion as Lancaster Post 11 split a double header. Losing 6-3 then winning 11-10. Dearth went 1 1/3 innings shutting down a 6th inning rally by Steubenville, then retiring the side with 2 strikeouts in the 7th. Lancaster legion now stands 16-5 on the season record.

Lancaster Post 11 runs their record to 22-5 on the season as they defeat Meigs in a double header Sunday by scores of 16 to 4, and 12 to 5. Donson Dearth moved his record to 5-0 on the season as he pitched the opener. In the 5 inning contest he struck out 8 and gave up 4 hits. With the wins Lancaster clinches first place in the district.

Lancaster Eagle Gazette reports Lancaster Post 11 defeats Marysville Post 179 7-6 Thursday night. Donson Dearth pitched the first 6 innings, allowing 4 hits, 2 walks,6 ks, 2 earned runs. Report said Dearth was lifted with 2 runners on base in the 7th with Lancaster leading 6-1. Marysville rallied off the bullpen to tie the score at 6, so Dearth got a no decision. Lancaster scored 1 run in the bottom of the 7th to run their record to 2-0 in their holiday tournament and 24-6 overall.

More good news for Donson He has been invited to the Buckeye Elite 100 its for the top 100 seniors to be used to be held at OSU but has been changed to Dublin Coffman High School and will be held in August.....Good Job.....''DANGEROUS''..........Good Luck..............bird78
