Sorry if you thought I was saying drrabbit is classless. I did not say that. I said to post that one photo when there were countless terrible calls was classless.
The "home field advantage" comment was even worse for anyone attending the game.

In regards to who pitched, I was just stating facts, not making excuses.

I agree, time to move on and root for both of these teams in the tournament today and beyond.

Sorry... I misread the post. Time to move on to the regional games.

#2 vs. #4 on the mound. Out runners called safe. Dropped pop-ups ruled as outs. It's starting too get a little deep in here. This is almost getting as bad as the Waverly/Wheelersburg football topic a few years ago about one of the teams wearing illegal cleats in the mud. Something about the spikes were too long. Anyone remember that?????

Trooper, you are correct that some coaches do worry about what parents or players think, but I can guarantee that Nobby is not one of those coaches.

I know Nob very well and know that he doesn't care what a kid's parents think. He doesn't care who he has to play to put the best squad on the field. My comment was really made as to coaching in general, not specifically towards Nob or baseball.

Tigers2010, I did not mean that comment to offend anyone. It was out of pure humor as i wasnt even at this game. My bad.

D-5,

My post was intended to show how out of hand this thread was getting. I didn't mean to drag it out. And I agree, it's always good to watch Waverly and Wheelersburg go at it. Even though the outcomes may be lopsided at times, it's always intense.
