Vinton County made it two years in a row last night that they started the season with a win. It was pretty much the same as last year, got a big hit from the middle of the order in the first inning(homer). John Rose hit his first home run ever last night as the only senior on the VC team. Even though VC left 13 runners on base they still pulled off the win.
