Re: Division 4 southeast district records
Looks like another weak year in D 4 in SE Ohio. Once again, both district champions will get it handed to them come the regionals.
I thought last year was weak, this year takes the cake!!
I see Paint Valley and Oak Hill winning these districts. yes you heard it here first. Why? Paint Valley probably plays in the toughest conference this side of columbus, while Oak Hill plays a monster D2 and D3 schedule. They will be D4 tournament ready, plus both were D 3 last year so the move down will help.

Re: Division 4 southeast district records
I agree with Paint Valley, but I like Southern rather than Oak Hill. I just think Southern has the experience from a successful tournament run last year.
Re: Division 4 southeast district records
As you can see there are still some teams that I haven't been able to find an updated record for. Any help will be appreciated.
Re: Division 4 southeast district records
Does anyone have scores from the following 4-21 games?

I agree that the district is weak but I wouldn't say that last years champions got it "handed to them". Southern lost 8-6, Eastern 4-0. Newark Catholic (who defeated Southern) was the 2 time defending DIV state champion. They lost in the state finals. Paint Valley and Oak Hill have to be the favorites, the move down will really help them. Eastern Meigs is really good to, they have played a really tough schedule. Southern is really good when the Chapman kid pitches, not so good when he doesn't. Symmes Valley has a very good pitcher, Hatfield I think is his name. This will be fun to watch!
Re: Division 4 southeast district records
Paint Valley will do damage in D4. When you chalk it up with Zane Trace, Adena, Westfall, Unioto, etc about 10 times a year, that will get you ready for the tournamemt. Even though they have played mostly D4 schools non-league.
Re: Division 4 southeast district records
i think teams should look out for symmes valley, they should make a good run this year
Re: Division 4 southeast district records
Someone told me that Symmes has a real good pitcher. What's his name?

Green is now 5-4.
Thanks for keeping the tally running. It's very interesting to see where teams stand. Greatly appreciated.

Symmes has a good pitcher in Hatfield. I was fortunate to have him on my Summer league team. He won every game he pitched. He throws heat!!!!
Re: Division 4 southeast district records
