Jordan Russell to sign with Sinclair CC

After long debate Jordan choose Sinclair CC in Dayton, Ohio. His mother and myself couldn't be prouder of his choice. He will be an everyday player for the Pride and get to compete at the NJCAA level. We would like to thank Coach Tim Martin of Minford for his help and guidence in Jordans choice, also Coach Gene Bumgarner of Unioto that never stop believing Jordans ability to play at the next level. Coach Conn and Coach Marx of Wheelersburg for incouraging Jordan to always be his best no matter what was going on around him. Thanks to everyone else that encouraged Jordan along the way.

A little info about Sinclair CC

Baseball at Sinclair Community College has traditionally been one of the strongest in the state of Ohio. Over the past 18 years, the Tartan-Pride have advanced to the Region XII tournament 14 times; won or shared the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference championship 9 times; 1 current major league baseball player; 5 players drafted into professional baseball; and numerous players have moved on to play at NCAA or NAIA programs around the country.

That is great news to hear! Congrats Jordan, I think you made a great choice and know you'll have success. I've known a quite a few guys that started their college careers at Sinclair CC over the years and all of them speak very highly about it.
