Any news on who the next baseball coach at Jackson is going to be?

Heard Josh McGraw, previously the JV coach there.

I wish him well.

Wasn't much talk about the town on the situation. Always heard how the JV kids liked playing for him. He should do well.

He will do ok only 20 some kids in the whole program last year. Hard to succed when you only get a couple of true "baseball players"..... Last good year 16-4 in "08" and they had 9-11 above average players plus a very dominate pitcher. Good things to come just not in the near future need some stablity in the program. 3 coaches in 5 years. Good luck Josh!!

There should be some real solid teams in the not too distant future. Many kids in the 8th grade and down have played a lot of competitive baseball....but a lot goes into those kids eventually becoming excellent varsity BASEBALL players.

3 of their players were on the Post 142 team that went 26-7, all were big contributors.

They are solid players who have played a lot of baseball on the way up.

That team had Farmer on it didn't it?
