I am very excited for Flyers baseball to begin. Most importantly, Greg is healthy! Secondly, I believe St. Joe will be very competitive this season! Spring is in the air and I am ready to hear the sounds of "heads up" "foul ball" "strike 3" and we can't forget "it's gonna hit me, it's gonna hit me!!!"

GO FLYERS!!!

The Flyers return their MVP, head coach Greg Bryant. 6 or 7 months ago noone knew what the future held for Greg due to cancer. To have him back and cancer free is a true miracle from God.I am sure his players will see him as an inspiration and play their tails off for him. I know Greg is fired up and ready to go, he expects to have more pitching than he has ever had.Good luck to Greg and his Flyers.

Good Luck to the Flyers. Get that arm loose coach and wheelem around third and head em for home.
How about an idea?? Is it possible to have a "scrimmage" baseball game between Ironton and St Joe? Maybe have both teams play a double header and use it in some way to raise money for cancer research or something? I know theri is a size desparity of the two schools, but i remember how fun it was to play against St Joe, back in the day.

It was fun to play Ironton. And the games were somewhat competitive too.

I'm not 100% on this but I think Ironton and St. Joe scrimmage each other this year.
