I believe these are accurate.

Who has Wellston defeated in the non-league?

Zane Trace has quality non-league wins against Columbus Bishop Hartley, Circleville and Waverly. Quality meaning teams with way above .500 records. They also swept Logan Elm which has a winning record.

If ZT is not #1 it is a travesty

Federal Hocking is 8-10 or 7-11. It's been a tough year for them so far. They have lost 6 games in the last at-bat. They struggle some offensively and in the field. However, recently I think they have cleaned up the D a little, and the pitching has been fairly solid all year.

With the way the season has gone, it would not surprise me to see them bow out early. Though, I do think they are a threat to make a run.

A good example of this was their DH against Wellston. They out hit and out "earn run pitched" Wellston in both games.

In game one, FH had more hit but made 8 or 9 errors. Atrocious. In game two, Thompson pitched a 3-hit, no earned run complete game, but FH lost 4-3 in an exciting finish. Sad. ---- (This is from FH's book and it is a book that never has multiple .500 hitters in the lineup .. even when they are a team that scores 10 runs a game. If a school loves to beef up the fake batting averages, then that book may differ. FH keeps it on a "real" team standard).

Again though, FH seems to have cleaned up the D a bit (knock on wood).
