Keyzer_soze has informed me Jackson and Portsmouth are still playing the baseball game but the game site has been switched to Portsmouth. Portsmouth will then play a makeup game Monday at Jackson.
If anyone from Portsmouth could post the final score tonight it would be greatly appreciated.
He also has informed me Portsmouth-Jackson softball today is still being played at Jackson as scheduled.

Portsmouth had 4 or 5 kids out sick that is going around the school?

Big win for the Ironmen in terms playing in the SEOAL DOC. They can still finish third in the South.
Is this the "swine flu" going around Portsmouth High? Some states, including Texas and Alabama, have suspended all athletic activities due to the outbreak.

The JV game between Gallipolis and Meigs was postponed, but the Varsity game between the the two schools was played tonight.
Meigs 12 Gallipolis 9. Nice job Meigs. Wasn't sure how this one would go since there were 3 of our starters, Caleb Davis, Zach Sayre and Brian Delong were out sick. Congrats Meigs...
