Fairland should be pretty loaded again. Shouldn't have much trouble in the ovc.

You have to beat Symmes Valley to do that. It will be close but I think the edge goes to them.

I don't know. Notre Dame is pretty loaded but with Brock Hannah not being able to pitch is going to be rough. So I'll probably agree with that. Either Notre Dame or Symmes take the SOC.

There are going to be some very good teams in the Scioto Valley Conference.

I don't know if fairland will win ovc this year. There r two other good teams that come to mind that will put up a good fight for them... Number one being south point and number two being coal grove. South point lost a lot of seniors but still have key players, and coal groves only big loss was Wayne so it'll definitely be a battle between those 3 I say fairland and sp split ovc coal grove gets second, rock hill third river valley fourth and peaks last.

I got the chance to work a couple of SOC games last season and was very impressed with Green. I would agree that Symmes Valley and Notre Dame are the teams to beat in that Conference, but Green is definitely a strong contender.

I don't think you can say they are loaded. Teams like Wheelersburg and Valley are loaded. But I do think they have some talent and will compete for the conference title.

Fairland lost two outfielders Legio!! Are you kidding me? They return seven starters and swept South Point last year. They have the two best pitchers in the league with Thackston and Fisher. They should win the ovc by a wide margin and I dont see anyone getting close to them.

I heard that freshman Cooper can throw some fire. Prob not where Hannah would have been but will defineatly add to the pitching staff. Can't wait to see him on the mound.

crack is right, the SVC should be extremely tough this season.

Adena, Piketon, Southeastern, Unioto, Westfall, and Zane Trace all competing for the league title. This could be a year where the champion has as many as 4 league losses and that should only help them come tournament time. 3 of them have big time aces, while all 6 of them have very solid 1-2 starters.
Huntington will be better than people think and Paint Valley is always well-coached and could make some noise before it's all said and done.

Every night should be a very good game in league play.
