THAT IS SO TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The TVC-Hocking controls it. I would like to know how many of the the TVC Hocking schools play other non-TVC teams that are in the same sectional. My guess is that none of them play the other schools probably because they are scared of being beaten; therefore, screwing up their chance for a higher seed.

If that is Eastern Meigs then they are much better team than both St. Joe and Trimble imo.

Eastern was 6-7 at the draw. In my opinion, that record cannot get them seeded ahead of Trimble or SJ. If they are better than Trimble then they should be able to beat Trimble and advance to the District Semis.

How many games have you seen either Trimble or St. Joe play this season? The seedings actually surprised me tho. I figured it would be "analyzed" by the conference till SV and St Joe somehow met in the first round.

Whats the word on Waterford?

How can you cry about the TVC? Southern has won four straight district championships and the first game of the regionals last year. They were only a number one seed one of those years, so I think they have represented pretty well. Instead of crying show me a team with a better resume. I guarantee you Southern played a better schedule than ISJ.

I thought the East did a good job this year of seeding the teams in correct spots. Southern should be #1 due to record and past accomplishments.

The East is about right this year.

Yes, I agree that the seeds were pretty much right this year. However, that has not been the case in previous years. I think the EAST and WEST should each be made up of half of the TVC Hocking schools, half of the SOC 1 schools, and split up the remaining schools (South Webster, Ironton St. Joe, Whiteoak, and anyone else I left out). This way it won't be totally conference dominated.

As for the earlier post of going by past accomplishments to determine seeding, seeds should be based on what a team has accomplished for that given season....not past years.

Sectionals could end up being grouped by location to cut down on travel cost with the way fuel cost are going and school budgets getting cut. Example: Green, St. Joe, Symmes Valley, and South Gallia. Put Scioto County together and do the same for other areas. Think about the distance from Waterford to Green.
