Tobias: hop a bus ride to the Warrior dome on the 30th. Free parking....a leisurely walk to the lawnchair section. If necessary we may have some out door plumbing. Who knows, we may even have nice weather :). See what basketball players do in the spring.

Didn't have all the info I guess. While I was in town I saw a game at the new field. Seemed to me as if SAM was calling all the shots! Also Randy Nelson was coaching 1st base. So i guess it's safe to assume he is also an assistant!

They should have never let Hall of Fame coach Jon Tipton get away!! He played the best players regardless what their last name was!!

Hard to play favorites when you only have 10 or 11 on the team. Heck everyone plays including 3-4 freshman and 4-5 sophomores. Tipton was a great coach but his time was done. He wouldn't have won with this team either. Bottom line they are just physically overmatched this year.

Wow. And what exactly is this supposed to mean? The coaches are doing a great job with the kids. The kids are getting better everyday. There are only two upperclassmen and only a couple with varsity experience prior to this year. The coaches play with what they have. On average there are about 12 people dressing varsity. Last names have nothing to do with who is playing.

Ive seen your boys play a few times. That's just about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Not playing the best player? You only have 11 players on the varsity team (22 in the whole program) since 9 of the 11 players available have to start, then odds are pretty good that the best ones available are playing. The absolute fact about your team is that there isn't much talent there and the ones there, are very young.

Your program has gone from a team that used to have to cut 8-10 kids, to a team that didn't have enough players in 2011 to have a Jv team. I don't think your current coach can be blamed for that. The problem has snowballed over the last decade or longer.

Either your son isnt playing or you may not like losing, but get used to it. You are going to lose for a while until the program is rebuilt from the ashes. That takes a lot of time.
