Gallipolis Wooden Bat Tourney

Weather ermitting, Gallipolis will host a Wooden Bat Tournament on Saturday, April 28.
At 9:30 a.m., Gallipolis (17-5) will battle Symmes Valley (9-6). At 12 noon, Piketon (15-5) will lock horns with Ironton (9-8).
Winners and losers play games at 2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m.
The games will be played on the Robert H.(Bob) Eastman Ballfield in Centenary, about three miles south of Gallipolis off SR 141 from SR 7 at the Vine St., intersection in Gallipolis . Once you get to Centenary, turn right off 141 to Centenary Rd. The school's athletic complex is on the right.
You can reach the school from SR 35 and SR 588, but Centenary Rd., is not marked very good. Lots of fans get lost trying to come in the back way.
