DIII State Semi-finals: Wheelersburg vs. Fredericktown

Pirates return to Columbus for the third straight year. They are matched up against a quick Fredericktown team who surprised many by upsetting both Badin and Maderia in the regional, will the pirates be able to overcome the Freddie's and advance to the state championship? Any thoughts?

I was listening to the OHSAA broadcast and it was interesting to hear their comments when the game was over. They said "Now there's a team that knows how to win and is here to win a state championship....no pile up on the mound, just high 5s and hugs". Apparently they were referring to the 4 games they covered yesterday. This is a direct reflection of the coaching staff and a great group of kids that know their work isn't done yet!
